WE REACH PEOPLE IN NEED
Medical charity trips are one of the oldest directions of the ministry of CMA.
From the beginning of the establishment of the association, doctors from different regions of Ukraine gathered in one place to provide free medical services to the population. The team was often supplemented by specialists from Europe and the USA.
Over the years of service, the following have appeared in the arsenal of the HMA for quality examination of patients:
• electrocardiograph
• ultrasound device
• otoscope
• ophthalmoscope
• pulse oximeters
• glucometers
• tonometers
• stethophone endoscopes
After consultations, necessary medicines, glasses, or other medical products are distributed to people free of charge.
In addition to the goal of providing physical assistance to people, the CMA also takes care of spiritual support - often the team is joined by Christian psychologists from local churches who communicate with people, pray for them and share spiritual literature.
Also, medical trips are open for students and interns who are invited to gain practical experience from doctors, assistance and motivation.
